Sourceree Behaviors

We have identified 15 behaviors that we encourage our team to embody in their personal and work lives. The behaviors are an integral part of our company -- guiding us through celebrations, difficult decisions, and failure.

We take it as a compliment attracting high caliber applicants! Below is an outline of our hiring process and general idea of the timeline to ensure we're on the same page.

Step1

Available position and job description is posted on Indeed.

Step2

Applicants are invited to follow Sourceree on social media to understand more about our company and culture.

Step3

Every resume gets an initial review and select candidates are invited to send their resume direct to jobs@sourceree.com and answer a few questions.

Step4

Resumes received in our inbox are reviewed in-depth to look at the candidate's skills, the 'total individual' and what they can provide for the position and company.

Step5

Select candidates are requested to take the Predictive Index Behavioral and Cognitive assessments.

Step6

Select candidates are invited to take any skills tests the team feels necessary (i.e. critical thinking, problem-solving, writing).

Step7

Select candidates are invited for a first round of discussions.

Step8

Select candidates are invited for a possible 2nd and/or 3rd round of discussions.

Step9

Select candidates are invited for coffee/lunch/dinner/drinks discussion if possible.

Offer is made to the perfect candidate!
