About The Role:
Sourceree is seeking a strategic and execution-focused individual to serve as the practical counterpart to the CEO/Visionary. This leader will be responsible for turning vision into reality by developing actionable plans, driving growth, and ensuring disciplined execution across the organization. The right candidate brings structure, accountability, and operational rigor while helping the business scale effectively.
This role is ideal for a leader who can unify teams, translate strategy into measurable execution, and build the systems, processes, and leadership discipline needed to support long-term growth.
Essential Responsibilities
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by leadership.
- Translate high-level vision and strategy into clear, executable, and scalable business plans.
- Set operational priorities and allocate resources effectively in support of company goals.
- Own and drive Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) across the organization, including facilitation of the company’s Meeting Pulse (Annual, Quarterly, and Level 10 meetings) and consistent use of EOS tools.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and P&L execution, ensuring the business plan is running efficiently and aligned to organizational objectives.
- Balance growth objectives with the compliance and security expectations of a government contracting environment.
- Build and manage a high-performing leadership team.
- Promote strong communication and collaboration across departments and functional areas to improve alignment and reduce silos.
- Architect and implement scalable operational systems, processes, and KPIs to track progress, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion and reinforce core company values throughout the organization.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business, Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including responsibility for operational execution, cross-functional leadership, and organizational scaling.
- Proven experience serving as an Integrator, Chief Operating Officer, Chief of Staff, or similar senior leadership role, in a technology, defense, or government-related environment.
- Experience with EOS is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to translate high-level strategy into rigorous execution, measurable outcomes, and scalable processes.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities, with experience building high-performing teams, removing silos, and driving accountability across the organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify operational bottlenecks, assess business impact, and implement data-driven solutions.
- Work arrangement: Hybrid
- Travel requirements: 15%, but may vary
- Security Clearance: Top Secret or the ability to acquire and maintain.
