Adam Murphy
President & CEO
As an experienced technology entrepreneur and government program manager, Adam has helped unlock the potential for innovative technological solutions to inform better decision-making. He has led efforts around building new capabilities, enhancing existing operational environments, and improving organizational performance which allows him to hold the alternate title of Jack-of-all-Trades. He consistently crosses the boundaries of commercial organizations and government agencies helping to sweep the floor cleaning up messes to long range strategical planning. Throughout his career, Adam has founded and developed technology start-ups that have failed miserably and ones that have consistently won major contracts in new business areas. He has conducted complex assessments of technology companies seeking capital investments and developed strategies for capturing programs and funding that create revenue for decades. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and an Advanced Certificate for Executives from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He balances family, business, home ownership, and community by coaching sports, serving on the advisory boards of governmental, educational, and industrial organizations, and playing Bob the Builder when time allows.

Jess Murphy
Director of Culture / Sr. DoD Financial Analyst
Jess is the Director of Culture at Sourceree and serves as a Sr. Department of Defense (DoD) Financial Analyst in the Government sector. She is responsible for employee engagement, managing the company’s social platforms, event planning, and ensuring that Sourceree’s employees love coming to work every day! She performs financial data analysis and provides support to various programs under the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense, Personnel and Readiness (OUSD P&R). She is an empath with a strong passion to help others and the local community. Now, she can make a bigger impact since she rallies the entire Sourceree team to get involved with volunteering and fundraising. Prior to joining Sourceree, Jess worked at Gryphon Technologies where she trained civilian and military leaders on the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) system, tested software, and supported the program’s policies and documentation development and review. Prior to Gryphon, she worked at Lockheed Martin as a systems engineer writing test plans, conducting tests, and monitoring software on the military satellite systems. Jess is a board member of the Ebensburg Main Street Partnership and the Cambria County Drug Coalition – Business Sector. She earned a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Pittsburgh. She lives in Richland with her husband, son, and stepson. Jacelle Frith
Finance and Administration
An experienced finance professional, Jacelle has worked in international public, private, and nonprofit organizations; and brings 20 years of defense contractor experience to the Sourceree management team. Jacelle joined Sourceree in 2018 and is responsible for corporate banking, finance, accounting, DCAA compliance, and business insurance. In addition, she oversees retirement, payroll, and compliance. Prior to Sourceree, Jacelle worked for Concurrent Technologies Corporation as a Corporate Financial Analyst. During that time, she managed day to day cash management, loan compliance, and worked with risk mitigation products such as currency hedges for foreign currency-based defense contracts and interest rate swaps for loans on long-term assets. Jacelle managed capital assets including committee presentation, approval, budgeting, and fixed asset accounting. Prior to CTC Jacelle worked in the private equity sector for Hamilton Lane—an international private market advisory firm. During that time, she analyzed fund financials and communicated with general partners for some of the leading private equity firms including Apollo, Blackstone, and Carlyle. Jacelle has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from Seton Hill University. She enjoys spending time with her children, assisting in her family’s maple syrup production, and training, competing, and teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Clay Pettit
Government Operations Manager
An accomplished leader with extensive operational and financial expertise, Clay brings over 34 years of U.S. Army experience to the Sourceree team. As Government Operations Manager, he oversees Sourceree’s expansive government portfolio and manages key relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and subcontractors. His responsibilities include aligning strategic programs, refining policies, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with government requirements. Before joining Sourceree, Clay had a distinguished military career that culminated in his service as a Finance and Comptroller officer in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (OUSD(P&R)) at the Pentagon. His military background spans Field Artillery, Logistics, and financial operations, equipping him with a diverse skill set in both operational execution and strategic planning.A native of Isabella, Missouri, Clay began his Army journey as a Reserve Field Artillery cannon crewmember before earning his commission through ROTC at Southwest Missouri State University. Following six years as a Missouri State Trooper, he mobilized and deployed to Iraq in 2003. Upon his return, he transitioned to active duty as an Active Guard and Reserve (AGR) officer, later completing a second combat tour in Afghanistan in 2014. Clay retired as a Colonel after 21 years of active federal service. During his service, Clay was selected for the prestigious Defense Comptrollership Program (DCP) at Syracuse University, where he earned both an MBA and an Executive MPA. These academic achievements, coupled with his extensive leadership experience, have solidified his reputation as a trusted advisor and operations expert in both the government and private sectors. Clay enjoys spending time with his two sons, both Army Lieutenants, and contributing to his community. With a lifelong commitment to service and excellence, he continues to apply his expertise and passion to support his professional and personal pursuits.

Kevin Wilson
Technical Manager
As Sourceree’s Technical Manager, Kevin Wilson combines technical expertise with a passion for mentorship and innovation. His journey at Sourceree began as a software development intern while completing his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. Over the years, he grew into a key leader within the company, advancing to senior software systems engineer before assuming his current role. Kevin specializes in developing custom web, mobile, and AI solutions for both government and commercial clients. From leading teams to directly engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders, he thrives in bridging communication gaps and bringing complex ideas to life. He has led multiple government and commercial projects from inception to production, managing development, architecture, DevOps, and deployments. Kevin credits much of his personal growth and leadership philosophy to his time with Outdoor Odyssey, a nonprofit leadership academy that works with underprivileged youth, high school students, and wounded service members. As a mentor and counselor, he developed a profound commitment to service, resilience, and empowering others—values he carries into both his professional and personal life. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys balancing outdoor adventures while exploring cutting-edge technologies such as virtual reality and artificial intelligence. At home, he loves spending time with his wife, daughter, son, golden retriever Harley (an unofficial Sourceree mascot), and cat Percy. Whether building software solutions, fostering the next generation of tech talent, or strengthening bonds with his family, Kevin brings heartfelt commitment and enthusiasm to everything he does.
